This notice explains how GALEFORCE handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, vehicle, intended use and message. We also record the date and time, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which we use to block spam and abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a service body for your vehicle.
• To keep a record of enquiries we have received.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are emailed to our team and stored securely on our web server. Website copies are deleted automatically after 24 months. Correspondence that turns into a quote or order is kept as part of our normal business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just send us a request through our contact form.

If you’re not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
